REG-18 Forms are available for download and printing via the Forms link at the footer of any EDRS page. However, they are only accessible once you have logged on to the system.
Printing REG-18 Forms:
| 1. | Click on the Forms link at the footer of any page, once you are logged on to EDRS. |
| 2. | Click on the link entitled Certificate of Death Form (REG-18 JAN 07). Allow a few seconds to open the PDF file. |
| 3. | Load Legal size paper into the printer. |
| 4. | Click on the printer icon from the Adobe Reader. |
| 5. | Verify your print settings are similar (printer and number of copies may vary) as in the snapshot below. Select the appropriate printer loaded with legal size paper and adjust number of copies, if desired. Click OK at the bottom of the dialog box to begin printing. |
