Viewing Events

Events are a brief history record of case status updates. Each event is date & time-stamped and indicates what change took place (i.e. ownership changes, edits, prints, referrals, certifications, and more) by which user at what facility. All users in the system can view any case’s list of events; ownership is not necessary.

 

To view a cases history of events:

 

1.Click on the corresponding case ID from the Welcome screen or perform a search to locate your case.

 

2.Click on View Case action on the Actions menu.

3.Proceed by clicking on the Events tab.

4.Once the Events tab opens, a list of all case events will be displayed.
